2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a tiered refund policy based on project timeline:

75% Refund

If we started working on your project less than one month ago

50% Refund

If it's been more than one month but the product hasn't launched yet

3. Project Completion Criteria

A project is considered completed when your product has the promised paying customers. We work until you achieve the agreed-upon customer acquisition goals.

What constitutes completion:

  • MVP is fully developed and deployed
  • Product has achieved the promised paying customers
  • Complete documentation and handoff materials provided
